LTL Freight Orders under $1,599 are charged FedEx Freight LTL Rates based on your shipping Zip Code and product weights/pallets.
CALCULATING SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs on orders that do not qualify for free shipping can be viewed in your shopping cart after entering the ship-to zip code.
*Free Shipping Offer is for standard ground shipping on orders over $99 and for LTL freight orders over $1,899 within the contiguous United States. Some restrictions may apply, always check the shipping on the cart page after entering the ship-to zip code.
LEAD TIMES
Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday excluding federal holidays within the United States.) If we experience higher order volume, there may be delays in shipment.
CARRIERS
Orders including Faucets, Accessories and Parts are shipped via FedEx.
Orders including Fixtures, Tubs, Toilets, Vanities are typically shipped via FedEx LTL Freight, but we may use other national carriers including Estes, Old Dominion, Yellow, Roadway as needed.
International & Canada orders are shipped via FedEx International.
