Heritage GS1240AX Double-Handle 2-Hole Wall-Mount Pre-Rinse Bridge Kitchen Faucet, Matte Black

We have purchased 4 of the Heritage Series Kingston Brass GS1240AX....all four began leaking between 30-45 days after installation. All of them have the same problem. We purchased 2 from Ferguson Enterprises. After 10 months of failing to get the replacement parts requested we opted for a refund(that took 3+months). We ordered 2 more of these units on Amazon and installed them.....30 days later they both started leaking within 2 days of each other. One of them so badly by the time we saw it our hardwood floor was buckled. All 4 of this model unit leaks because the part#28, which is a coupler, has 2 female ends. One end accepts the supply pipe. The other end has a double male converter that connects the coupler to the body of the faucet. Six of the eight converters have split causing the units to leak. I am a contractor and installed the first 2 units. I had my plumber install the second 2 units to make sure I did nothing wrong. SAMEProblem. The faulty part is not listed on the parts diagram. Kingston brass demands that a video be made of the leak. I refuse to reinstall the part to have water spray all over the room. I am asking for replacement parts to fix the faucet. However no-one will pick up the phone to discuss, They only want emails and video. I do not recommend buying this model. The brass pieces should be easily shipped to replace. I give one star for the product and 1 star for the customer service.
