The original cartridge is VERY difficult to turn and has always been, I am hoping the replacement works easier. I have yet to install any of the replacement products I purchased from you.

Replace value

Had to replace diverter value after around 7+ years of use. These are great faucets and have held up beautifully. They come in several different finishes and I purchased the polish nickel! Only complaint I have is this companies shipping fees, they are outrageous and they need to re-think their options!
