Parts

Thank you for the parts. Fixed the problem. The seat in the valve was defective from when I first bought the faucet 18 mo. ago. I regreat I didn't bring it to your attention straight away.

Poor ownership

I bought 2 matching faucets from Amazon 2 years ago and they both started leaking at different times. When I reached out for product support I was sent a link to purchase these parts. A few months later the other faucet started leaking so I had to buy the same parts again. These parts should have been sent at no cost, if the company is making faucets that leak within 2 years then they should buck up and pay for the faulty parts and not push the cost onto the customers. Poor customer service and poor ownership of a company issue.

They seem great

It was kind of a pain to install, because a bubble would form under it, and make it difficult to seat properly. But, once I got it into the correct position and reassembled everything, it sure fixed the problem!
I just hope it lasts for awhile. The original one it replaced lasted barely a year. And I have a whole-house water filter.
