Your support failed me

I needed advise on what was required to connect my rinser to my water supply and i even sent pictures showing the issue. I was looking for an extender to bring the connections threw my thick counter top. I had to resolve the issue myself as your tech team could not. It cost me this extender as i had to guess if it would fit. I am not impressed with your tech support
