KSRPL7100CC Cold Ceramic Disc Cartridge (1 Piece), Raw

The ceramic disc cartridge is the heart of the faucet, controlling its temperature and water flow. Internally, two opposing discs made out of ceramic carbide rotate to control the flow of water. Because ceramic carbide is impervious to friction, it can last for many years before needing replacement.

I bought this for an eventual need (perhaps?), as the faucet is installed on our italian sink in Portugal. No problems, the faucet is great, so far (4 years).

Exact Replacement

Cartridge is an exact replacement, shipping info was accurate, nicely packaged. If not familiar with the faucet, I would suggest getting the parts diagram beforehand to save a little time disassembling.

Excellent hardware

There’s more to these valves than meets the eye. Excellent quality and performance to go along with solid fixtures, but the nicest part is how great it is to work with the folks from Kingston Brass. They bent over backwards to help me solve my problem and find the right parts. Promptly shipped and fairly priced, too. Excellent outfit and I’ll be buying Kingston stuff from here on out. Can’t say enough good things about them.
