KSRPLC4000HC Hot Ceramic Disc Cartridge (1 Piece), Raw

The ceramic disc cartridge is the heart of the faucet, controlling its temperature and water flow. Internally, two opposing discs made out of ceramic carbide rotate to control the flow of water. Because ceramic carbide is impervious to friction, it can last for many years before needing replacement.

Expensive part & delivery, poor service level

Expensive wearable part on an already expensive faucet. Our contractor purchased this so I didn't have the original receipt from Home Depot to use warranty. $30 USD + $30.55 USD shipping + Duty to ship to Canada.

Service is terribly slow, website says "All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 24-48 Hours of the order being placed. (Monday - Friday)" it was 9 days before this order was shipped. In total it was 11 business days to receive a simple part.

WRONG PARTS!

I ordered a KSRPLC4000HC and a KSRPLC4000CC But received a KSRPLC2000HC and a KSRPLC2000CC. Please could I have the correct ones

problem cartridge -

I have been very frustrated trying to remove the old cartridge with a replacement. I can't seem to find the step by step instructions on your web site. Iam 75 years old and try to do things myself to save on service fees Iam ready to pay the plumber.
