Not quite what I expected

I liked the design. The towel rack is extremely lightweight and feels flimsy. The color is also very light, not the rich oil rubbed bronze I’m used to. Also when hanging 2 bath towels, the front one hangs on the floor.
When the towel bar base arrived dented, the return/replacement process was straight forward. The email communication was wonderful. The replacement came quickly. At no fault of the company, the box was damaged in 2 places so I rejected it, returning it to sender.
Although I would not recommend this product, I am not dissuaded from looking to Kingston Brass for future purchases.
