Over that last few months, we’ve looked at several of Kingston Brass’ best kitchen faucets based on customer popularity. I’ve taken you on a journey into the most popular two-tone models and sought after wall-mount designs. This month, I thought I’d take this series over to Kingston Brass’ line of pull-down kitchen faucets.
Pull-down faucets are exactly what they sound like they would be: a faucet in which the end of the spout also functions as a detachable sprayer that can be pulled down to give you a greater range of motion while washing dishes. The sprayers themselves have two spray modes – stream flow and jet spray. With a Kingston Brass sprayer, you can easily switch between these two modes with the push of a button.
Now most pull-down kitchen faucets are constructed in a Gooseneck-spout design, which offers more clearance between the sink and the faucet, making it more convenient when filling big pots or cleaning large dishes. But as you’ll see in this edition of the top five best kitchen faucets, there’s also the pre-rinse design that features a high-arching coil system. Typically, this style of faucet is found in commercial kitchens such as restaurants.
Gourmetier LS8779DKL Single-Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet, Matte Black/Brushed Nickel
This faucet didn’t quite make this top five list, but it’s still a favorite among Kingston Brass customers. With its two-tone design, meshing the Matte Black and Brushed Nickel finishes, it’s easy to see why this is a popular choice. And the signature Kaiser neoprene handle provides the perfect accent to the stunning look of this faucet. As noted before, this style of pull-down faucet is considered a pre-rinse construction with its high-arching coil system that boasts a nearly 20” spout height. Stabilized with the handle arm, the pull-down sprayer can be detached from it by pulling down, giving you some flexibility when targeting tough to remove stains on dishes.
This Kaiser LS877-DKL series also comes in the standard finish options of Polished Chrome, Oil Rubbed Bronze and Brushed Nickel, but if you’re a fan of the two-tone style, there’s also a Matte Black/Polished Chrome option.
Gourmetier LS2728DKL Single-Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet, Brushed Nickel

Gourmetier GS7778ACL American Classic Single Handle Faucet with Pull Down Spout, Brushed Nickel>
