Kingston KS266C Two-Handle 2-Hole Wall Mount Clawfoot Tub Faucet with Hand Shower, Polished Chrome

We bought this facet for a bathroom addition in 2018. Within a couple years it started leaking. Before that the handles started falling off. We are very disappointed.

The faucet looks great. The tapered threads fit perfectly into the rough-ins. Everyone is so impressed by the style. The water flow is excellent and controls work very well. More homes should have this style. I like the idea of the entire faucet being on the outside rather than behind the wall. Would like to see more Kingston faucet up here in Canada.
