I'm mostly happy they stock parts. Most things are designed to be thrown away, but this can still be fixed! Same story as below, my son pried the H out and it went down the drain. Well designed website too. The faucet I had ordered had a link to the replacement parts or the PN, I don't remember. It was so easy, I don't remember. That's probably the best compliment I can give them.

the buttons didn't fit the faucet handles they were to long

I love my vintage style Kingston Brass faucet & was worried when my granddaughter pried off the “H” & it went down the drain. I was worried I might have to buy a whole new faucet. I called customer service & I was quickly able to purchase a new “H”. Cuteness restored!
