KBHO951 12-Inch Hose, Stainless Steel

We received our first pot filler for our new home and had it installed.. the joint on the arm closest to the wall spits out tons of water white turning on. Kingston brass sent us a replacement and the second pot filler had the SAME issue. Unsure if this is a product quality issue or a manufacturing defect…. Struggling on next steps as the pot filler matches our sink faucet..

I have communicated with Melisa about my new faucet missing 2 hoses, marked #27 on the parts list. Instead of providing me free of charge those 2 hoses, I was told that it was open box, which it was not. I was charged for the pars (2) pieces I have requested, but I only received 1hose instead of 2. I have spoken with someone from customer service who requested that I contact Melisa. I have left several phone messages, but got no response for a whole week now!
Not a good way to treat a customer!
