Valve works great but I need the spring and rubber groment that goes behind or in front of the valve, My repairman didn't specify which end those items we need were located.

Our hot water cartridge started leaking hot water big time. Kingston in Chino expedited my order. When we went there to pick it up, the Kingston employee that we spoke to also advised that we needed a small washer to go along with it. This was very valuable information.
