The polished chrome is an improvement over the original bonnet nut that came with the faucet I purchased at Kingston Brass, both of which corroded after only 4 years. Easy to install with new cartridges. Only complaint is the US exchange rate and duty costs crossing the border. From now on I buy local here in Canada.

A Bonnet Nut is not a Girl from a Little House on the Prairie.

It was just what I needed along with the cold wather stream cartridge to make my Kingston Brass cold water stream work for the first time in a couple of years. And I was able to easily install it myself!
