Easy to install & no more drippy cold water tap. Just a little dab of disk soap on the O-rings & the threads, it went together quickly. Crossed my fingers for good luck & it is still dry.
It was sad to see that the original had a plastic end for the turn inside. This tap set was barely one year old. That was the reason I bought extra hot & cold cartridges.

Haven’t done any business with Kingston in more than a decade, but recently needed some replacement valves for an obsolete faucet. They bent over backwards to help me find the right parts and followed up several times to see that I ordered the correct ones. Outstanding service from a top notch company. The cartridge works well. However, when the colored red or blue rubber gasket wears out, the consumer has no choice but to spend $30 to replace the whole cartridge when all that is needed is a rubber gasket replacement. I looked into the KB website but I was not able to find just the rubber gasket. The rubber gaskets should be made available to consumers for purchase.
