No faucet

FedEx kept leaving messages in my condos mail room that they missed us. Yeah, we live on the 5th floor and the mail is on one. Tried to tell FedEx to just leave it. Said they can’t, had to sign Emailed Kingston regarding delivery. Could not help. FedEx said faucet would be dropped at a Walgreens and they would call us. That was a week ago.
So to answer your question, it has been one of the stupidest experiences I’ve ever had.
So in closing, can you please tell me where my faucet is?
By the way, this is about the 5th time I’ve bought a Kingston product. Never an issue before.
