I eventually got the product. Yay! But we had to try twice because I had asked that it be shipped to my PO Box, only to learn that you do not ship to PO Boxes. It would be helpful if your site made abundantly clear that a physical address is needed. Thanks.

We needed to replace the tabs on the faucet handles and the process couldn't have been easier. Product looks great, too.

Our faucets were installed new and all the buttons have come off. Great that you can get a replacement, but you shouldn’t have to spend $10 x 2 every few years on expensive faucets…I would not suggest buying this faucet as it looks like a POS as soon as the button “falls” off!
