KSRP1241D Spray Diverter for Kitchen Faucet with Sprayer, White

this part does not function like the original, it is kind of jumpy and does send water out immediately when you turn the handle on.

Sell it with the 12mm hex key…they are difficult to find….
Tried Lowe’s , Home Depot, Ace Hardware….and two auto parts stores…
Nothing ….had to order it on Amazon……
Looking thru your reviews it’s a common complaint…

First part sent was wrong… # was taken from their exploded parts view.
They wanted me to pay shipping on return
Never again…. And would not sell any of their products

To get this replacement part speedily I called Cust Service. Got no one but message said they'd call me back. No call. Tried again to different dept and got same promise to call me back but didn't. Emailed Cust Serv. Got reply they'd get back to me. Several days later they finally emailed me with info how to get this part. Then it took over a week to get the part once I ordered it. Very poor service.

I have a sink side sprayer that is constantly dripping when the water is coming through the faucet. I replaced both hot and cold cartridges as well as the diverter but it hasn’t resolved the problem. I have since requested advice as to what might resolve this issue from Kingston support but never received an answer. I am reluctant to call my plumber as he will advise that I get rid of Kingston product.
So far as order parts, I have had no problems.
