The ceramic disc cartridge is the heart of the faucet, controlling its temperature and water flow. Internally, two opposing discs made out of ceramic carbide rotate to control the flow of water. Doesn't fit with my sink

The piece came as-ordered and in good condition, but it was too large to fit into the faucet handle. The sink components don't fit together.
