KSRPL5000CC Cold Ceramic Disc Cartridge (1 Piece), Raw

The replacement Cartridge worked fine. Disappointed the original cartridge only lasted 4 years

Worked out great brand new faucet 1/4 of the price.

The part number I ordered was the one I received but the documents that originally came with the fixture listed the wrong cartridge number. It indicated I needed a KRPL5000CC and a KSRPL5000HC. The cartridges are too tall and the stem grooves are too coarse to fit. When I called about the problem I was told I need KSRPL4000 CC and HC cartridges.
Your customer service was very good to help me but I had ordered the wrong product based on your literature so I ended up paying the cost plus exchange rate, tax, shipping and Duty for the wrong parts. So I am out those costs that you will not cover through no fault of my own. I cannot find the receipt from the original purchase through Wayfair, so I have leaking taps I may end up replacing completely. And this set is only 4-6 years old.

Nothing wrong with the parts received so far, it's just unfortunate that they had to be replaced 5 years after purchase. Also, nowhere to purchase them in Canada so had to pay exchange rate, shipping, as well as duty to get them. If you sell your product through Home Depot, why can't I buy replacement parts there?
