This was one messup after another. After being told that I had to pull my faucet apart in order to get the correct part number I went out to buy tools and shut off my water and disassembled the faucet to find to part number. When I called customer service they said I didn’t need to do that and had no appology.
The replacement cartridges on my <3 year old faucet were not warrantied and sold at a premium - in US funds no less. AAnd, because Kingston Brass hasn’t set up a parts distribute in Canada, there were duties to be paid on the package that took 2+ weeks to get here.
All in all I haad a leeaky faucet for 5 weeks, spent hours doing work I didn’t have to do based on being told to and paid almost 30% of the faucet cost for a part others would have warrantied.
I decided to add the defuser (I think that’s what it’s called) to try to get the cost of my shipment high enough so that shipping would be included - but the parts sheet doesn’t list the parts number and I wasn’t going to call service again.
