The ceramic disc cartridge is the heart of the faucet, controlling its temperature and water flow. Internally, two opposing discs made out of ceramic carbide rotate to control the flow of water. Because ceramic carbide is impervious to friction, it can last for many years before needing replacement.

Horrible Customer Service

Told me the replacement parts weren’t your inventory but I get a request to review the parts and my credit card was charged. Several emails with no results but they got $87.50 for parts that they don’t recognize!

Frustrated

This cartridge is part number 18 according to the manual GS1277AX. But how do I get part number 17? You guys don’t sell this and I can’t remove part 17 from my old cartridge. How am I supposed to fix my sink without part 17? Your website does not give any additional information. Very frustrated customer, regretting buying Kingston Brass is an understatement
