I contacted you via email and I thought I was interacting with a person, but when they refused repeatedly to recognize that I was telling them the part they recommended was wrong, I realized it must be automated or AI. I had to figure out on my own that I had an older model that resembled the newer one. Even then, when I got the new cartridge, I replaced it and the drip is not fixed. I’ve been told that the valve body or seat must be damaged, but certainly wasn’t able to talk or communicate with anyone at Kingston about any of this. I wouldn’t recommend your products to anyone.

The lady that I spoke to at kingston brass was most helpful ,she helped me get the correct part and was very knowledgeable on the products.

I ordered the part hoping it would be the correct one for my faucet. The hot water continued to run even though the handle was off. This part was the perfect fix. I was able to replace it myself. It was so easy it only took about 5 minutes total to replace.
