Toilet lever handle - unsure what it fits

The handle is beautiful and very heavy. I wish it had fit.
It seems made to fit a sink faucet, rather than a toilet.
It setscrews to a splined shaft, like the ones on a faucet.
I wasn't able to find a toilet lever assembly with a splined shaft to make this work.
I contacted Kingston and they couldn't provide information on one either.
I had to return this and wait on the whole assembly which was on backorder and keeps getting delayed (was April, now May).
