kitchen faucet aerator

This aerator is much better than the previous aerator that came with my faucet.

The previous aerator shot out fine-high pressure spray and would end up all over the counter top.

The aerator purchased did not seal properly and leaks which required me to put a small and thin layer of teflon tape over the faucet threads in order for it to seal. After it sealed on it hasn't leaked since and is also much cleaner with less over spray onto the counter top. I think to fix this issue a rubber gasket on the inside is usually applied. I don't think a rubber gasket would fit in my case and it also wasn't supplied.

The water flow is restricted to the point of having to take a long time to fill anything. The flow is not strong at all.
