New product additions and a number of changes have been the focus of what’s happening with Kingston Brass in the past year.
The heightened sales growth that has occurred in the past couple of years has made the company become a premier provider of kitchen and bath products.
The steady growth was such a boon that in 2017, the company added over a hundred new products every month to its estimated 15,000 skus and is now doubling its batch of new products for 2018 releasing an average of 200 new products a month.
“We are in the midst of what I like to call a ‘transitional growth’ right now,” said James Choy Marketing Manager. “With the successful sales growth, there are a number of changes that have occurred, and many more at the development stage. The company is indeed expanding but we’re using this transition period to also identify the needs of our customers and respond to them accordingly.”
The vast amount of new products, added personnel and increased warehouse space are just a few of the many changes that are happening, Choy said.
“The growth spurt is also the result of redesigning a new optimized website, making additions to our shipping, data and product management and marketing team. Our employees have been instrumental in increasing our ability to service our commercial partners,” Choy said.
With substantial gains in market share, Kingston Brass has established itself as one of the top supplier of bathtubs, faucets and many other products that will become part of our product offering over time.
The company is celebrating its 20th year in existence offering the largest selection of kitchen and bath products to the public. With even more products to be added, the incursion into new markets will give Kingston Brass pride and determination to keep moving in this direction.
“With 20 years of hard work and dedication, we see the consumers of today place great value on well-designed quality products at a fair price so we’re optimistic about the future,” Choy said.
Many new products will be released during 2018 and likely for 2019, Choy said.
“We’re entering new markets but are also accumulating more elements to our existing brands and collections. Those who loyally follow Kingston Brass will be enthused to see some of the things we have in store for them.”
