Not worth the investment

We purchased a Kingston Restoration faucet #KS3811PLBS in July 2023. To date it has not worked properly: the spray is not strong and it 'groans' when used. We were provided a replacement diffuser to install at our own expense. This did not fix the problem. When we informed Kingston that the replacement diffuser did not work, they sent another one. Today we have water leaking from the faucet into the base of our expensive wood cabinet. We were advised by a licensed plumber that the faucet was faulty and should be replaced. So far, our faucet has required the purchase price, the labor to install, the labor to replace the diffuser and a return by the plumber (thankfully he did not charge for this call) to tell us that the faucet needed to be replaced. We informed Kingston Brass of this and have not received a response to our email sent November 20 other than an automated reply that our email was received. The faucet is a lemon.
